What do animal sacrifices and saints have to do with a bank boardroom? This week we connect the two as we tell you about Puerto Rico’s Doral bank failure and the murder of Maurice Spagnoletti. Did he know too much? Did the police arrest the right people? Listen as we share our theories.
Cindy took the Puerto Rican food theme and ran with it. She made a pastelon which is a plantain dish similar to a lasagna. For dessert, she brought her A-game with a Puerto Rican pineapple rum cake. For drinks, we did the Caribbean thing and drank Pina Coladas.
